SFDC Developer Lead

This role is for a skilled and experienced SFDC Developer Lead to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements, and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications and integrations.
Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce code.
Mentor and guide junior developers.
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues.

Requirements/Qualifications

Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Strong understanding of Salesforce development principles and best practices.
Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience leading and mentoring development teams.
