Lead Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Software Engineer to join our growing team. This role will be pivotal in guiding the development and implementation of innovative software solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables and fostering a collaborative engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers.
Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable software applications.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements/Qualifications

8 to 20 years of experience in software engineering.
Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++).
Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with cloud technologies is a plus.
