Fleet Coach / Fleet Manager

This role involves overseeing and optimizing fleet operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness. The Fleet Coach/Manager will be responsible for managing drivers, vehicles, and related resources, while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and coordinating fleet operations.
Ensuring vehicle maintenance and repairs are conducted promptly.
Monitoring driver performance and providing coaching.
Implementing safety protocols and ensuring compliance.
Optimizing routes and schedules to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
Tracking and analyzing fleet data to identify areas for improvement.
Managing vehicle procurement and disposal.
Maintaining accurate records of vehicle usage and maintenance.

Requirements/Qualifications:

2 to 5 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.
Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a team of drivers.
Proficiency in using fleet management software.
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
