Gen-AI QA Automation Tester - Senior Associate

This role focuses on ensuring the quality and reliability of Generative AI solutions through rigorous testing and automation. The Senior Associate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test plans, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with development teams to deliver high-quality AI-powered products.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test plans and test cases for Gen-AI applications.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks.
Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking systems.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to resolve issues and ensure quality.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving testing processes.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in AI testing.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in software testing, with a focus on automation.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
Familiarity with Gen-AI concepts and technologies.
