Associate Compliance Audit

This role involves supporting the compliance audit function, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. The Associate Compliance Auditor will be responsible for conducting reviews, identifying potential risks, and contributing to the development and implementation of compliance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct compliance reviews and assessments.
Identify and document compliance gaps and risks.
Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
Monitor compliance with relevant regulations and internal guidelines.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Law, Business Administration).
1 to 3 years of experience in compliance, audit, or a related role.
Strong understanding of compliance principles and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
