RPA Developer

This role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. The RPA Developer will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into automated workflows, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and maintainable.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement RPA solutions using industry-leading tools.
Analyze existing business processes to identify automation opportunities.
Design and document RPA workflows and solutions.
Test and debug RPA solutions to ensure quality and accuracy.
Maintain and support existing RPA solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development.
Proficiency in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, VB.NET).
Understanding of software development lifecycle.
