Agency Development Manager

This role focuses on building and managing a network of insurance advisors to drive sales and expand market reach. The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and motivating advisors to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting and onboarding new insurance advisors.
Providing ongoing training and coaching to advisors on product knowledge, sales techniques, and regulatory compliance.
Monitoring advisor performance and providing feedback to improve sales effectiveness.
Developing and implementing strategies to expand the agency network and increase market share.
Ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Building strong relationships with advisors and providing support to address their needs.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to motivate and influence others.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Knowledge of insurance products and regulatory requirements.
