Associate Lead Engineer - Controls

This role involves leading and contributing to the design, development, and implementation of control systems for industrial automation solutions. The Associate Lead Engineer will work closely with a team of engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and efficient control systems that meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop control system architectures and logic.
Configure and program Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs).
Perform system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, design documents, and user manuals.
Provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
Lead and mentor junior engineers.
Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Significant experience in control systems engineering.
Strong understanding of industrial automation principles.
Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
Experience with HMI development.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience with control system design and implementation.
