Scrum Master

This role focuses on facilitating Scrum events and guiding the team to deliver high-quality products. The Scrum Master ensures the team adheres to Scrum principles and practices, removing impediments and fostering a collaborative and self-organizing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective).
Coach the team on Agile and Scrum principles.
Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.
Protect the team from external distractions.
Promote self-organization and continuous improvement within the team.
Work with the Product Owner to refine the product backlog.

Requirements/Qualifications

Experience as a Scrum Master.
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Ability to coach and mentor team members.
Experience in removing impediments and resolving conflicts.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
