CNC Maintenance Engineer

This role involves ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of CNC machinery within a manufacturing environment. The CNC Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC equipment, contributing to efficient production processes and minimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on CNC machines.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
Repair and replace faulty components.
Conduct preventative maintenance to extend equipment lifespan.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth operations.
Implement improvements to maintenance procedures.

Requirements/Qualifications

Experience in CNC machine maintenance.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience with PLC programming is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
