Senior Application Production Support Professional

This role involves providing critical support for production applications, ensuring their stability, performance, and reliability. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions, and collaborating with various teams to maintain a high level of service availability.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor production systems and applications for performance and errors.
Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents in a timely manner.
Implement and maintain production support procedures and documentation.
