Associate Financial Analyst

This role supports the financial planning and analysis function, providing critical insights and analysis to drive business decisions. The Associate Financial Analyst will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Conduct variance analysis and identify trends.
Support the budgeting and forecasting process.
Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management.
Assist with the preparation of presentations for senior management.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and organized.
