ETL Developer

This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable ETL processes to support data warehousing and business intelligence initiatives. The ETL Developer will be responsible for extracting data from various sources, transforming it into a usable format, and loading it into target data stores, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using industry-standard tools and technologies.
Design and implement data models and schemas to support business requirements.
Monitor ETL processes for performance and troubleshoot issues.
Collaborate with data analysts and business users to understand data needs.
Ensure data quality and consistency through data validation and cleansing.
Document ETL processes and data flows.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as an ETL Developer.
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and principles.
Experience with ETL tools and technologies (e.g., Informatica, DataStage, SSIS).
Proficiency in SQL and database design.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6 to 9 years of relevant experience.
