ServiceNow Architect

This role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs. The ServiceNow Architect will be responsible for the overall architecture of ServiceNow applications, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. This position requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and a proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow application architecture.
Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of ServiceNow applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to ServiceNow developers.
Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience with ServiceNow development and architecture.
Strong understanding of ITIL framework.
Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript).
Proficiency in data modeling and database design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with integration of ServiceNow with other systems.
9 to 14 years of relevant experience.
