Manager - Forensic Accounting, Investigations & Compliance

This role involves leading and managing forensic accounting investigations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing expert advisory services. The position requires a strong understanding of financial regulations, investigative techniques, and risk management principles to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and fraud.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage forensic accounting investigations, including planning, data analysis, and report writing.
Conduct compliance reviews and assessments to identify areas of weakness and recommend improvements.
Develop and implement fraud prevention and detection programs.
Provide expert advice on regulatory compliance matters.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
Stay abreast of changes in regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

8 to 13 years of experience in forensic accounting, investigations, or compliance.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to conduct investigations and prepare reports.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CFE, CPA) are a plus.
