Service Engineer

This role involves providing comprehensive technical support and maintenance services for security screening equipment. The Service Engineer will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance, troubleshooting issues, and delivering exceptional customer service to maintain system reliability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on security screening equipment.
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
Conduct equipment installations, upgrades, and training.
Maintain accurate records of service activities and equipment performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
1 to 5 years of experience in service engineering or a similar role.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
