Hindi Customer Support

This role involves providing exceptional customer support to clients, primarily communicating in Hindi. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to resolve customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Responding to customer inquiries via various channels (phone, email, chat).
Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues efficiently.
Providing accurate information and guidance to customers.
Escalating complex issues to appropriate teams.
Maintaining customer records and documenting interactions.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Fluency in Hindi and English (written and verbal).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Customer service experience preferred.
