Senior Analyst - Security Managed Services

This role focuses on providing expert support and analysis within a security managed services environment. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving security incidents, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of client systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor security systems and analyze alerts to identify potential threats.
Investigate and respond to security incidents, escalating as necessary.
Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
Develop and maintain security documentation, including incident response plans and standard operating procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security best practices.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Requirements/Qualifications:

2 to 5 years of experience in a security-related role.
Strong understanding of security principles and technologies.
Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
Knowledge of network security protocols and firewalls.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
