Lead .NET Developer

This role is for a skilled and experienced Lead .NET Developer to join a dynamic team. The Lead Developer will be responsible for guiding development efforts, ensuring code quality, and contributing to the overall architecture of our applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers.
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality .NET applications.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement new features.
Contribute to the architectural design and evolution of our systems.

Requirements/Qualifications

8 to 13 years of experience in .NET development.
Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET framework.
Experience with ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
