Service Now Administrator Lead

This role involves leading the implementation, configuration, and support of ServiceNow platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of ServiceNow environments, while also driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and configure ServiceNow modules and applications.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and integrations.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow users.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Manage ServiceNow upgrades and patches.
Automate tasks and processes to improve efficiency.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and functionality.
Experience with ServiceNow development and scripting (e.g., JavaScript, GlideScript).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with ITIL framework is a plus.
