Assistant Human Resource Manager

This role supports the Human Resources department in various functions, ensuring efficient and compliant HR operations. The Assistant Human Resource Manager will assist in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Support the administration of employee benefits programs.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Provide support in employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent treatment.
Assist with performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal setting.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Requirements/Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
6 to 9 years of experience in Human Resources.
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
