Gen-AI Developer Lead Architect

This role focuses on leading the development and implementation of Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying innovative AI models and applications, while also providing technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers. This position requires a strong understanding of AI/ML principles, software engineering best practices, and a passion for leveraging AI to solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of Generative AI models and applications.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
Ensure the quality and performance of AI solutions through rigorous testing and validation.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Generative AI and related technologies.
Contribute to the development of AI infrastructure and tools.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience in software development with a focus on AI/ML.
Strong understanding of Generative AI models (e.g., transformers, GANs, diffusion models).
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
