ServiceNow Developer

This role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and experience in customizing and configuring modules to optimize workflows and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement ServiceNow applications and modules.
Customize existing ServiceNow functionalities to align with business needs.
Design and configure workflows, forms, and reports.
Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow-related issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet expectations.
Maintain and update ServiceNow documentation.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its modules.
Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, GlideScript).
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with ITIL framework is a plus.
