Marine Personnel Officer - Tanker Pool

This role involves managing and supporting seafarers within the tanker pool, ensuring efficient crew operations and adherence to maritime regulations. The Marine Personnel Officer will be responsible for various aspects of crew management, including recruitment, training, certification, and welfare, contributing to the smooth and safe operation of the fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the recruitment and selection of qualified seafarers for tanker vessels.
Ensure all crew members possess the necessary certifications and licenses.
Coordinate crew training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Monitor crew welfare and address any concerns or issues.
Maintain accurate crew records and documentation.
Assist in the planning and execution of crew rotations.
Liaise with ship operators and other stakeholders to ensure effective crew management.
Ensure compliance with relevant maritime regulations and company policies.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in marine personnel management, preferably within the tanker sector.
Strong understanding of maritime regulations and industry best practices.
