Service Quality Lead - Onshore GA and JP

This role focuses on ensuring the highest standards of service quality for onshore wind turbine projects. The Service Quality Lead will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality assurance processes, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with various teams to deliver exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement service quality management systems.
Monitor and analyze service performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance service quality awareness.
Manage and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and environmental standards.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience in service quality management, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
