Business Analyst

This role involves analyzing business needs and translating them into effective solutions. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, document processes, and contribute to the improvement of business operations within the financial advisory sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements.
Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain process documentation.
Collaborate with technical teams to implement solutions.
Conduct user acceptance testing.
Support the implementation and rollout of new systems and processes.

Requirements/Qualifications:

2 to 5 years of experience in business analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with process modeling and documentation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus.
