MICE Sales Manager

This role focuses on driving sales and business development within the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) sector. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the MICE industry.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in sales, preferably within the MICE or event management industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of the MICE industry and its key players.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
