Accounts Receivable Executive

This role focuses on managing and optimizing the accounts receivable process within a dynamic organization. The Accounts Receivable Executive will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, payment collection, and reconciliation of accounts, contributing to the overall financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, from invoicing to collections.
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing to customers.
Follow up on overdue payments and resolve discrepancies.
Reconcile accounts receivable ledger and investigate any variances.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues.
Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports.
