Deputy Manager - Management Accounting

This role involves supporting the management accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing insightful analysis to support business decisions. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for a range of tasks, including financial planning, budgeting, variance analysis, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements.
Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets.
Conduct variance analysis and identify areas for improvement.
Support the implementation and maintenance of internal controls.
Provide financial support to various departments.
Assist with audits and regulatory reporting.
Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2 to 4 years of experience in management accounting.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
