Staff Platform Engineer

This role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining robust and scalable platform solutions to support critical business functions. The Staff Platform Engineer will be a key contributor to the engineering team, responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our core platform infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable and resilient platform components.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver platform solutions.
Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality.
Contribute to the development of platform standards and best practices.
Mentor and guide junior engineers.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience in platform engineering.
Strong programming skills in relevant languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Deep understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
