Supervisor Housekeeping

This role involves overseeing and coordinating housekeeping operations to maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment. The Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures, managing a team of housekeeping staff, and proactively addressing any issues related to cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and direct housekeeping staff, ensuring efficient and effective cleaning services.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the facility.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Address and resolve any cleaning-related issues or complaints.
Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements/Qualifications

Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and supplies.
Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
