Contract Governance Officer

This role focuses on ensuring the effective management and governance of contracts within the organization. The Contract Governance Officer will be responsible for maintaining contract integrity, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement contract governance policies and procedures.
Monitor contract performance and identify areas for improvement.
Manage contract lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to ensure contract alignment with business objectives.
Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
Provide training and support to employees on contract governance best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Law, Business Administration).
4-6 years of experience in contract management or a related role.
Strong understanding of contract law and principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
