IP Manager

This role focuses on managing and protecting intellectual property assets for the organization. The IP Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of intellectual property, from initial filing to maintenance and enforcement, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patentability searches and provide assessments.
Draft and file patent applications.
Manage patent prosecution and maintenance.
Monitor competitor activity and identify potential IP risks.
Advise internal stakeholders on IP matters.
Ensure compliance with IP laws and regulations.
Manage IP portfolio and maintain accurate records.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or technical field.
2 to 6 years of experience in intellectual property management.
Strong understanding of patent laws and regulations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and organized.
