Area Sales Manager - Critical Care

This role is responsible for driving sales and market share growth within the critical care segment across assigned territories. The Area Sales Manager will develop and execute strategic sales plans, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies.
Conduct regular sales calls and presentations to promote products and services.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Provide training and support to sales team members.
Manage sales expenses and ensure compliance with company policies.
Analyze sales data and prepare reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 to 11 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in critical care.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory.
