Full Stack Developer Manager

This role involves leading and managing a team of full-stack developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code while fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers.
Design and develop robust and scalable software applications.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Requirements/Qualifications:

8 to 13 years of experience in software development.
Strong proficiency in full-stack technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python, Java).
Experience with database design and management.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
