Product Growth Manager

This role focuses on driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our product. The Product Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, analyzing data to identify opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the user journey.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement growth strategies to increase user acquisition and engagement.
Analyze user data and identify trends to inform growth initiatives.
Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize product features and marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to execute growth plans.
Monitor and report on key growth metrics.

Requirements/Qualifications

Experience in product growth, marketing, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
