Shift Incharge - Production

This role involves overseeing and managing production operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient processes, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team to achieve production targets. The Shift Incharge will be responsible for monitoring production activities, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements to optimize performance and safety.
