SCCM/MECM Infrastructure Engineer

This role focuses on maintaining and optimizing the organization's infrastructure, specifically related to System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of the endpoint management environment, supporting a diverse range of users and devices.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain SCCM/MECM infrastructure, including servers, databases, and clients.
Develop and implement software deployment packages and task sequences.
Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint management issues.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
Implement and maintain security policies and configurations.
Automate tasks and processes to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
Document procedures and configurations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

7 to 12 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
Strong experience with SCCM/MECM administration and configuration.
Proficiency in Windows Server operating systems.
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, VBScript).
Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Active Directory.
