Performance Tester

This role focuses on ensuring the performance, stability, and scalability of software applications through rigorous testing methodologies. The Performance Tester will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, contributing to the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute performance test plans and test cases.
Identify, analyze, and interpret performance test results.
Collaborate with development teams to resolve performance issues.
Monitor system performance and identify potential bottlenecks.
Automate performance testing processes where possible.
Maintain and update performance testing tools and environments.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Significant experience in performance testing.
Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools.
Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
Ability to analyze performance data and identify root causes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with SAP technologies is a plus.
