HR Statutory Compliance

This role focuses on ensuring the organization's adherence to all relevant labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining compliance records, conducting audits, and advising management on best practices to mitigate legal risks.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage statutory compliance requirements, including PF, ESI, PT, and gratuity.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records.
Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to legal standards.
Advise management on compliance-related matters and best practices.
Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
Prepare compliance reports and documentation.

Requirements/Qualifications:

2 to 4 years of experience in HR statutory compliance.
Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills.
Ability to conduct audits and identify compliance gaps.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
