ServiceNow Architect

This role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements. The ServiceNow Architect will be responsible for the overall architecture and technical direction of ServiceNow projects, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow application architecture and standards.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex ServiceNow issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions.
Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience with ServiceNow development and architecture.
Strong understanding of ITIL framework and ServiceNow best practices.
Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, and other ServiceNow development tools.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations and APIs.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
