Digital Operations Support Analyst

This role supports the digital operations team by providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of digital platforms and systems. The Digital Operations Support Analyst will play a crucial role in maintaining system stability, resolving user inquiries, and contributing to the continuous improvement of operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for digital operations systems.
Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
Document support processes and procedures.
Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues.
Assist in the implementation of new digital solutions.
Participate in system testing and validation.

Requirements/Qualifications:

2 to 6 years of experience in a technical support or operations role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with IT service management (ITSM) principles.
Familiarity with digital platforms and systems.
Experience with data analysis and reporting.
