SAP HR Payroll Consultant

This role involves providing expert consulting services related to SAP Human Resources and Payroll modules. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP HR/Payroll solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring accurate and efficient payroll processing, and contributing to the overall success of HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and customize SAP HR/Payroll modules to align with client-specific processes.
Implement and test new functionalities and enhancements within SAP HR/Payroll.
Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP HR/Payroll issues.
Participate in system upgrades and migrations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP HR/Payroll configurations and processes.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as an SAP HR/Payroll Consultant.
Strong knowledge of SAP HR/Payroll modules and functionalities.
Experience with configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP HR/Payroll solutions.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with SAP implementation methodologies.
