Team Leader

This role involves leading and managing a team to achieve operational excellence and deliver exceptional service within the general insurance sector. The Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring team performance, adherence to processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading and motivating a team of insurance professionals.
