General Manager - Referrals and Loyalty

This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance customer referrals and loyalty programs, driving customer acquisition and retention. The General Manager will lead a team, analyze program performance, and identify opportunities for improvement to maximize program effectiveness and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement referral and loyalty program strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage and mentor a team of professionals responsible for program operations.
Analyze program data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for optimization.
Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote referral and loyalty programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, customer service) to ensure program integration.
Manage program budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in referral and loyalty marketing.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience (12-18 years) in a leadership role within referral marketing, loyalty programs, or related fields.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful referral and loyalty programs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
