Gen-AI Engineer Lead with React

This role is for a highly motivated and experienced engineering leader to drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge Generative AI solutions. The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers, focusing on building innovative applications leveraging React and other modern technologies. This position requires a strong understanding of AI/ML principles, software development best practices, and the ability to translate business requirements into robust and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of Gen-AI engineers.
Design, develop, and deploy Gen-AI models and applications.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define requirements.
Ensure the quality and performance of Gen-AI solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Gen-AI and related technologies.
Contribute to the development of AI infrastructure and tooling.

Requirements/Qualifications:

5 to 10 years of experience in software engineering.
Strong experience with React and related JavaScript frameworks.
Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and techniques.
Experience with Gen-AI models and applications (e.g., LLMs).
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Proficiency in Python or other relevant programming languages.
