GM/AVP - Business Excellence

This role is focused on driving business excellence initiatives within Flipspaces, ensuring operational efficiency and continuous improvement across the organization. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience to identify opportunities, implement best practices, and foster a culture of performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage business excellence programs and initiatives.
Identify and analyze key business processes to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Drive the adoption of lean methodologies and continuous improvement principles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and monitor performance.
Provide training and coaching to employees on business excellence principles.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business excellence.

Requirements/Qualifications:

7 to 12 years of experience in a relevant field.
Proven track record of driving business excellence initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with lean methodologies and continuous improvement principles.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong leadership and management skills.
