Application Support Professional

This role focuses on providing comprehensive application support, ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of critical systems. The Application Support Professional will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions, and collaborating with various teams to maintain a stable and efficient IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide timely and effective resolution of application-related incidents and service requests.
Perform root cause analysis of recurring issues and implement preventative measures.
Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential problems.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve complex issues.
Document support processes, procedures, and solutions.
Participate in the testing and implementation of application updates and patches.
Ensure adherence to IT security policies and best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in application support or a related role.
Strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices.
Proficiency in SQL.
Experience with EHR/EMR systems is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
