SACM Analyst

This role focuses on ensuring the accurate and efficient management of IT assets and configurations within a dynamic technological environment. The SACM Analyst will play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity, supporting operational efficiency, and contributing to the overall stability and security of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update configuration management database (CMDB) with accurate asset information.
Develop and implement configuration management processes and procedures.
Identify and resolve configuration discrepancies.
Support incident and problem management activities by providing configuration data.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure configuration accuracy and consistency.
Participate in audits and reviews of configuration management practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

3 to 7 years of experience in IT asset management or configuration management.
Strong understanding of ITIL framework and configuration management principles.
Experience with CMDB tools and processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
