Lead R2R

This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead and manage the Record to Report (R2R) function within a dynamic organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, driving process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
Manage the preparation of financial statements in accordance with accounting principles.
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors.
Provide financial analysis and reporting to management.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Significant experience in Record to Report accounting.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in financial systems and ERP platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
